1. Acceptance of Terms
By using The Linkee services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or website notification.
2. Services Provided
The Linkee provides link building services including curated link placements, guest post links, niche edits, HARO link building, white label services, and fully managed campaigns. All services are subject to the specifications outlined in your order confirmation and selected plan.
3. Delivery and Guarantees
We guarantee the number of placements and minimum domain rating specified in your selected plan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by up to 30 days. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of the estimated date you are entitled to a credit or refund for undelivered links.
4. Payment and Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice provided to existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle begins. No refunds are provided for the current billing period once services have been commenced and are underway. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Linkee is not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms or any resulting changes in website rankings. SEO results are not guaranteed as they depend on many factors outside our control including competitors, algorithm updates, and website quality.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
